"The cable broke at 6:30 last night, so I called DOD. A cheerful scheduler answered and promised help before 10 this morning. A courteous, patient young man arrived at 9:20 to replace the cable and spring. He also replaced the 17-year-old rollers. He finished the job in twenty minutes. This is the second time that DOD has served us kindly."
