The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door and had it fixed in no time. "The cable broke at 6:30 last night, so I called DOD. A cheerful scheduler answered and promised help before 10 this morning. A courteous, patient young man arrived at 9:20 to replace the cable and spring. He also replaced the 17-year-old rollers. He finished the job in twenty minutes. This is the second time that DOD has served us kindly."
