"Gerald showed up at my convenience to offer a quote for a new garage door system and also maintenance. I quoted 2 other companies and his price was very competitive. Not only that, but he had the system in his truck and was able to perform all service right then and there. Great combination of convenience, price, and great service!"

"The cable broke at 6:30 last night, so I called DOD. A cheerful scheduler answered and promised help before 10 this morning. A courteous, patient young man arrived at 9:20 to replace the cable and spring. He also replaced the 17-year-old rollers. He finished the job in twenty minutes. This is the second time that DOD has served us kindly."
